Terms of use
MakeIt helps you choose a direction, take practical steps and reflect on real progress. You remain in charge of your business decisions.
Using MakeIt
MakeIt is provided by Jefferson Lawson, contact jefferson@trylastai.com. You must be at least 18 and use an email account or Apple ID you control. By using MakeIt, you agree to these terms. The Privacy policy explains data processing.
MakeIt provides AI-assisted educational business guidance, a workspace and progress tools. It is not a financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advisory service. Guidance, suggested prices and business directions are starting points to investigate, not verified market facts or guarantees of earnings. You are responsible for checking requirements that apply to your activities and location.
Your content and decisions
You retain your rights in the material you enter. You allow MakeIt and its service providers to process it to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy policy and AI sharing controls. Only submit material you are allowed to share.
AI may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important statements before acting. Progress figures are self-reported, and completing a task does not prove demand or guarantee sales. MakeIt does not send outreach, enter contracts, invest, charge your customers or operate your business on your behalf.
Do not use MakeIt for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, exploitation, unsolicited abusive campaigns, unauthorised access or infringement of other people’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Free diagnostic and MakeIt Pro
The free diagnostic provides an initial assessment. Ongoing AI coaching requires MakeIt Pro where offered. Saved work remains accessible when a subscription ends, subject to your account remaining active. Coaching is subject to service capacity and a fair-use limit, currently up to 40 requests per account per day.
Before a paid purchase, the paywall and Apple confirmation sheet show the local price, billing period and available terms. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Your Apple account is charged according to the purchase confirmation. There is no free trial unless explicitly shown in that offer.
You can restore an existing purchase inside MakeIt. Manage or cancel renewals in Apple subscription settings. Deleting MakeIt or your account does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable consumer rights.
When an Apple sandbox or RevenueCat Test Store is used in a test build, its purchases are test transactions. Availability and behaviour in a test build do not guarantee that the app or subscription is available for public purchase.
Service availability and account closure
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt features, and may restrict misuse of the service. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Keep an export of work you need independently of MakeIt. Contact support if access or syncing fails.
You can delete your MakeIt account in the app. If a material change affects an existing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and respect applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apple app licence and updates
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app licence. These terms describe the MakeIt service. We will update this page when service terms change; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
For support, billing-access questions or concerns about these terms, contact jefferson@trylastai.com.
